It was a joy to have Devan service our furnace. It was really cool to have him text confirm with his picture. His professional demeanor, accountability and communication was wonderful! It was also appreciated having pictures of our job and adequate description of what was done for our records… excellent! I can’t remember ever having that nice of a visit to provide a service. Brandon come out to our place to clean out our dryer vent. He was great and did a fantastic job cleaning our vent, which has five elbow joints between the dryer and the outside. The louvers on the vent cap outside were barely moving before he came, but they were flapping wide open after he was done (see videos). My wife and I are very pleased with the work he did. We’ll be using World Class Services again!

World class definitely leaves up to their name, as they provide top notch world class service. They contact you at every process, great at communicating changes . Sending the picture of who is arriving was a great way to ease and feel safe. Devan was respectful of our home (wore booties without being asked), he was respectful of our time and was great at explaining what’s needed and not needed. I would highly recommend world class for heating and cooling needs.

I highly recommend World Class. Our gas furnace went out and they were able to schedule an appt for the same day. Devan was great and got us back up and running quickly at a fair cost without even needing to replace a part. I will definitely use them again for future furnace maintenance and repair.

The technician was very communicative, told me when he was going to arrive and diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently. He was very respectable and clear and concise on what was needed and was more than happy to hire him for this repair. Great customer service from both Cyndi and Devan since start to finish. I booked a furnace maintenance and Cyndi was responsive and eager to answer all of my questions. Devan was on time, professional and did a great job with the maintenance service. He was willing to answer all of my questions and was not afraid to share his knowledge, insights and expertise. It truly felt like he was here to help rather than trying to sell, which I really appreciated.
