The first thing any homeowner should know is that you need a reliable AC and heating contractor to work with for your routine maintenance. Think of tune-ups for your home comfort system the same as checkups for anything health related. The goal is to monitor the current condition and use early detection to prevent existing issues from developing into significant problems.

Planned maintenance for your heating and cooling system can’t be stressed enough. Of course, even the most diligent homeowner who stays up-to-date with their system’s upkeep will still run into trouble. The trick is to be aware of what could happen and what to watch for so you can deal with issues as early as possible.

Is your air conditioning system trying to tell you something, but you’re just not listening? Here are some common issues you should be aware of:

  • Noises or Odors – Any time your home comfort system starts acting out of the ordinary, it’s time to call in a professional. However, it’s imperative not to ignore new noises like screeching, banging, or burning smells.
  • Refrigerant Leaks – The symptoms you may notice from your AC can mean different things, but some common signs of problems associated with refrigerant leaks are uneven cooling, coil freezing, and high power consumption.
  • No Cold Air – Homeowners often miss this problem at first because the system turns on and blows air, but it takes a while to realize the air it’s blowing isn’t cold. In fact, at first, it still feels cool, and if it’s an extra hot day, it may seem like your system is just struggling to compensate for the temperature rise. Make it a habit to check that the air coming out of the registers is as cold as it should be.

Let World Class Services provide you with the installation, maintenance, repairs, and replacement you need over the years. We’ll help you get the best performance and optimal lifespan from your system. We encourage tune-ups because it’s more cost-effective to schedule preventive care than deal with emergency repairs.

We’ll change your air filters, check the refrigerant, lubricate the moving mechanisms, and do an overall system diagnostic. Our goal is to make sure you and your family are healthy, comfortable, and safe all year long. Call now to schedule your appointment with the best cooling and heating contractor in Kent.

What They're Saying

Brandon come out to our place to clean out our dryer vent. He was great and did a fantastic job cleaning our vent, which has five elbow joints between the dryer and the outside. The louvers on the vent cap outside were barely moving before he came, but they were flapping wide open after he was done (see videos). My wife and I are very pleased with the work he did. We’ll be using World Class Services again!

While no one wants an unplanned HVAC issue, we were delighted with World Class Services! Devan was immensely helpful, and communicated each step between our first call and final resolution. I’ll be using him and his team again, and have even recommended World Class to some family and friends in the neighborhood!

Kelly C.

It was a joy to have Devan service our furnace. It was really cool to have him text confirm with his picture. His professional demeanor, accountability and communication was wonderful! It was also appreciated having pictures of our job and adequate description of what was done for our records… excellent! I can’t remember ever having that nice of a visit to provide a service. Looking forward to seeing him again for our next service needed.

I highly recommend World Class. Our gas furnace went out and they were able to schedule an appt for the same day. Devan was great and got us back up and running quickly at a fair cost without even needing to replace a part. I will definitely use them again for future furnace maintenance and repair.

Great customer service from both Cyndi and Devan since start to finish. I booked a furnace maintenance and Cyndi was responsive and eager to answer all of my questions. Devan was on time, professional and did a great job with the maintenance service. He was willing to answer all of my questions and was not afraid to share his knowledge, insights and expertise. It truly felt like he was here to help rather than trying to sell, which I really appreciated.

The technician was very communicative, told me when he was going to arrive and diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently. He was very respectable and clear and concise on what was needed and was more than happy to hire him for this repair. Too many times I am asked to fill out forms for a review but I was eager and happy to do so following my visit by the tech and he represented WCS very well.

World class definitely leaves up to their name, as they provide top notch world class service. They contact you at every process, great at communicating changes . Sending the picture of who is arriving was a great way to ease and feel safe. Devan was respectful of our home (wore booties without being asked), he was respectful of our time and was great at explaining what’s needed and not needed. I would highly recommend world class for heating and cooling needs.
