The technician was very communicative, told me when he was going to arrive and diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently. He was very respectable and clear and concise on what was needed and was more than happy to hire him for this repair. Too many times I am asked to fill out forms for a review but I was eager and happy to do so following my visit by the tech and he represented WCS very well.

Brandon come out to our place to clean out our dryer vent. He was great and did a fantastic job cleaning our vent, which has five elbow joints between the dryer and the outside. The louvers on the vent cap outside were barely moving before he came, but they were flapping wide open after he was done (see videos). My wife and I are very pleased with the work he did. We’ll be using World Class Services again!
